Refund and Cancellation Policy

Business: IC Grace Events, the DMV area

Consultations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or one complimentary reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. If IC Grace Events cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at your preference.

Full-Service Event Packages

A 50 percent deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of the event date. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a deposit refund minus a $250 administrative fee. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

Rentals

Rental deposits (50 percent of the rental total) are non-refundable if canceled within 14 days of the event. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the rental date. Damage fees may apply per the signed rental agreement.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final due to the downloadable nature of the products. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Memberships

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 21 days notice before the event date. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $150 rescheduling fee.
