Agreement

By using icgraceevents.com, purchasing products, or booking services with IC Grace Events, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services

IC Grace Events provides event planning, coordination, decor design, rental services, and digital planning tools in the DMV metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability and require advance booking.

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposit amounts vary by service and are specified on each product page and in your signed agreement. Deposits are applied toward the total balance. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event (for services) or 7 days before the event (for rentals). Prices quoted at the time of deposit are locked and will not increase.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timely communication with the IC Grace Events team, and venue access for setup and teardown at agreed times. Changes to event scope (guest count increases over 20 percent, venue changes, or date changes) may result in adjusted pricing.

Limitation of Liability

IC Grace Events is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: venue issues, vendor failures, severe weather, power outages, pandemic restrictions, or acts of nature. In all cases, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

Digital Products

Digital planning kits, templates, and tools are licensed for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share digital products purchased from IC Grace Events.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, decor concepts, planning documents, and brand materials created by IC Grace Events remain the intellectual property of IC Grace Events unless otherwise agreed in writing. Event photography may be used in our portfolio with client consent as outlined in the signed service agreement.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, venue closures, or utility failures. In such cases, IC Grace Events will work with the client to reschedule or provide a partial credit.
